No quote-chasing, no six-week wait. Tell us about the house once — we compute one transparent price and match a licensed crew from up to 120 miles out.

Is this the place?
We pulled the county record so you don't have to measure anything.

Two things the record can't tell us
The county knows your square footage. It doesn't know what's attached — and everything under the tent has to be sealed as one volume.

Roof type
Solar panels on the roof?
Pool cage: crews either drop the tent at the cage line and seal the seam, or tent over it. Either way it changes tarp plan and labor — good thing you told us now, not at 7am on tent day.
What did you actually see?
This isn't a formality — it's triage. Tenting kills drywood termites. If your evidence points to a different species, a tent is the wrong (and expensive) treatment.
Heads up — mud tubes usually mean subterranean termites, and those get a soil treatment (typically $800–$1,500), not a $3,000 tent. A licensed inspector confirms species before you pay anything. We'd rather lose this sale than tent the wrong problem.

The 3-minute walk that locks your price
Six photos, phone in hand. Every shot lets crews verify the estimate before they drive 90 miles — which is why each one tightens your price band. Finish all six and the price locks.
The stuff that actually decides whether 24 hours is possible
None of this changes the price. All of it changes the schedule — so we handle it in parallel, not in sequence.
Gas is the real bottleneck. Fumigant + a live gas line don't mix, and the utility shutoff appointment — not the crew — is usually what blows a 24-hour timeline. The moment you book, we schedule the shutoff in parallel with crew dispatch. You don't call anyone.
Your locked price
🔒 LOCKED — VERIFIED BY YOUR PHOTOS
The no-surprise rule. The crew re-verifies against your photos at tent-up. If the house matches the photos, this price cannot move — and any claimed mismatch requires the crew's own photo evidence, reviewed by us. Same rule Turo uses for damage claims, pointed in your favor.

What happens now: prep checklist by text tonight (bag food & meds in the Nolo bags the crew drops off), gas shutoff scheduled by us, tent up on time, gas in, aeration, certified re-entry test — then the crew gets paid and you rate the job. That rating becomes their on-site score.
